شرح العقائد النسفية
Sharḥ al-ʿAqāʾid al-Nasafiyya
Theology as argument rather than statement. The most widely taught kalām text in the world, and the one place the classical curriculum meets philosophy head on.
The text
Public domain, no copy we can vouch for yet
Al-Taftāzānī died in 792 AH. The commentary is public domain but is not on the open libraries, and the uploads we found are undated. Bought in print.
In English — ours
Not yet. We translate rather than reprint, so the English for this book begins the day its first lesson is taught.
We link rather than mirror. The classical texts are out of copyright, but the modern printed editions of them are not, so we point you at a library that already carries one instead of putting somebody else’s edition on our server. What we do host is our own work.
Lessons
Not written yet. This book is on the map so you can see where it sits in the course, not because it is ready to study here.
